HOW WE DO BUSINESS AT SAY:
1. We meet with your decision makers to do a comprehensive assessment of your organizations marketing needs. We make sure that we have a clear understanding of your industry and organization We will help you evaluate what strategies you have used in the past and how well they have worked for you. We will help you identify the who, what , when, where and why for your upcoming campaign or event.
 
2. We then use proprietary state of the art research tools and exhaustive promotional products data bases to access relevant case studies, marketing trends and product suggestions to create a proposal to suite the needs of your campaign. We use this information to augment our discussion and insure that the promotion is tailored to meet your needs and fit within your budget.
 
3. We then meet again to go over the details of your campaign and write your order. We take special care in working with you through the entire process to insure that your artwork, logos and message will be properly displayed on the mediums that you have chosen. We advise you on the various printing formats available to you and the benefits and challenges with each. We insure that all charges and fees are clearly stated.
 
4. We ensure that all samples and proofs are approved by you before anything is sent to final production. We handle all of the communication with manufacturers and suppliers and maintain contact with them to ensure quality control and timely delivery of your products.
 
5. We follow up to insure that you are satisfied with your order and to answer any questions you my have about the use of your promotional products in your campaign.

HOW WE ARE PAID:

Unless other arrangements are made in advance and in writing our customary payment policy is as follows:

Consulting Fees: Are charged at $200/hr. Some company´┐Żs and organizations are only interested in soliciting ideas to put out for bid and or desire assistance with developing their campaigns. Our fee covers these kinds of services. Generally speaking consulting fees are waived when you agree to do business through our company.
 
  Samples: Product samples have a cost associated with them. The cost usually include artwork and set up fees as well as the cost of the item itself. Full payment for samples must be paid prior to ordering them. (Payments for samples will be applied toward the final cost of purchase when that item is ordered.)
 
  Orders: A minimum of 50% down payment plus Art and setup charges is expected when orders are placed. The Balance is due at delivery. Cash (Check, Money Order) payments made in full at the time of order will receive a 2% discount for the entire order. Payments may be made with Check, Money order, Visa, or MasterCard.

OVERRUN POLICY:

Customer is responsible for the cost of all overruns unless other arrangements have been made in advance and in writing.

REFUND POLICY:

Promotional products are a highly specialized product that is customized for the specific buyer. As a result refunds are not allowed once production has started. That being said, if a problem occurs with your order that is a result of our error we will do what ever it takes to make it right.
